Registration fee
The workshop participation fee is to be paid in cash during the registration of participants at the VU Department of Baltic Linguistics on July 7, between 12.00 and 13.30. The fee will be accepted in litas (140 LTL) or euros (40 EUR – exact amount preferred).

Catering
Participants will be offered refreshments during coffee breaks, as well as free set meals at the VU Aula café during the scheduled dinners and supper. Meals from the rest of the café’s menu can be ordered at the participants’ own expense. Please inform us in advance if you have any special dietary requirements.

Public holidays
Please note that the 6th of July is a state holiday in Lithuania (Coronation of King Mindaugas), so both Monday the 5th and Tuesday the 6th of July will be public holidays this year, while Saturday, July 10, will be a workday. Please have this in mind when planning your trips by public transportation, booking hotel rooms, etc. The currency exchange office of Parex Bank at Geležinkelio g. 6 (near the station) will be open during the holidays: http://www.keitykla.lt/.
